พันธกิจ (Mission)

มุ่งเน้นการบริหารหนี้ด้อยคุณภาพที่เป็นเลิศ โดยการให้บริการที่ดีเยี่ยม เพื่อช่วยเหลือและ ปรับปรุงสถานะของหนี้ด้อยคุณภาพให้มีสถานะเป็นปกติอยู่ และมุ่งเน้นสร้างความสัมพันธ์และดำเนินงานโดยยึดหลักคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ธรรมาภิบาล ความโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ ทั้งต่อผู้ถือหุ้น คู่ค้า ลูกค้า คู่แข่ง พนักงาน และสังคม

Mission
Focus on excellent distressed debt management By providing excellent service to help and Improve the status of non-performing debt to normal status. and focus on building relationships and operating based on the principles of morality, ethics, good governance, transparency, and accountability for shareholders, partners, customers, competitors, employees, and society.

 

จรรยาบรรณในการประกอบธุรกิจ

(1)  ด้านบรรษัทภิบาล: นำแนวทางการกำกับดูแลกิจการของบริษัทจัดทะเบียนในประเทศไทยของสำนัก   งานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย โดยมีองค์ประกอบในการพิจารณาได้แก่ สิทธิของผู้ถือหุ้น,การปฏิบัติิต่อผู้ถือหุ้นอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน, สิทธิของผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย, การเปิดเผยข้อมูลและความโปร่งใส และความรับผิดชอบของกรรมการ

(2)  ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม : นำแนวทางการประกอบธุรกิจเพื่อ สังคมตามหลักการซึ่งคณะทำงานส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดลอมของบริษัทจัดทะเบียน ซึ่งแต่งตั้งโดยคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ได้กำหนดไว้มาใช้ เพื่อวางแผนกลยุทธ์และกำหนด แนวปฏิบัติด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทฯ

(1)  Corporate Governance: Adopt guidelines for corporate governance of listed companies in Thailand of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. and the Stock Exchange of Thailand The elements to consider include: Rights of shareholders, equal treatment of shareholders, rights of stakeholders, disclosure of information and transparency and responsibilities of directors

(2)  Social and environmental responsibility: Adopt guidelines for conducting business to Society according to the principles that the working group promotes social and environmental responsibility of listed companies. which has been appointed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) To plan strategies and determine Guidelines for social and environmental responsibility of the company
